Troubleshoot Corporate Wifi Issue

Situation

You work as an IT Systems Engineer at a small corporation. Zach, the Director of Marketing and Advertising, is having reliability issues when using their company issued tablet while in the office. Zach informs you that the wireless connectivity works well at home and when on public networks when traveling. There are many other company issued mobile devices that are not having issues. Zach has asked your help in troubleshooting the issue and identifying a solution.

Instructions

Below are the results of the signal strength tests that were completed during a recent WLAN AP upgrade. The exercise also determined that no competing signals or interference is preset on either band. The results show strong signal in green, medium signal in yellow/orange and red means poor signal strength and quality.
