2. Eligibility

The Program is open to all registered users of CrucialExams.com. Participation in the Program is free and automatic upon completing qualifying actions as defined by CrucialExams.com.

3. Earning Rewards

Users can earn rewards ("Credits") by completing certain actions as specified by CrucialExams.com. These actions may include, but are not limited to:

Sharing a unique referral link.
Making a social media post about CrucialExams.com.

The number of Credits awarded for each action will be determined solely by CrucialExams.com Program Terms and may vary.

4. Redemption of Credits

5. Expiration of Credits

Credits earned through the Program must be used within 90 days from the date they are awarded. After 90 days, any unused Credits will expire and be forfeited.

8. Fraud and Abuse

Any fraud or abuse relating to the accrual or redemption of Credits may result in the forfeiture of earned Credits as well as termination of the user’s participation in the Program.

9. Limitation of Liability

CrucialExams.com is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the termination or modification of the Program or from the participation in or inability to participate in the Program.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CrucialExams.com operates.

Exam Voucher Terms and Conditions

Vouchers: Once purchased, vouchers are final sales and cannot be refunded or returned.
Eligibility: Only individuals in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Guam are eligible to use the vouchers. This applies to both online and in-person examinations.
Usage: Each voucher is valid for a single exam attempt at a CompTIA authorized testing center.
Validity: Vouchers are typically valid for one year from the purchase date.
Exam Registration: The exam must be scheduled and taken before the voucher's expiry date.
Expiration Policy: The expiration date of a voucher is final and cannot be extended for any reason.
Redemption: Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Resale Prohibition: Reselling of vouchers is not permitted.
Program Specificity: Vouchers are specific to programs and, in some instances, to particular exams.
Non-transferability: Vouchers cannot be transferred between programs.

Examination Retirement: The retirement of a certification exam takes precedence over the voucher's expiration. Certifications and their corresponding exams may be retired by CompTIA before a voucher's expiration date.
