CAPM Practice Question

The quality management plan focuses on how quality policies, standards, metrics, and related roles, responsibilities, assurance, and control activities will be carried out so the project meets specified quality requirements. It does not describe how to control scope changes. That activity-defining the formal process for evaluating and approving changes to the project scope-belongs in the scope management plan. The other options (quality objectives and metrics, roles/responsibilities for QA and QC, and procedures for audits and inspections) are standard contents of a quality management plan.
