A Service-level Agreement (SLA), on the other hand, is primarily focused on describing the level of service that one party will provide to another, typically used for customer and service provider relationships. Non-disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are used to protect sensitive information, not define collaborative efforts or responsibilities of the parties involved.
