Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) is the most appropriate model because it provides the most control over the underlying infrastructure compared to SaaS or PaaS. IaaS allows customers to manage the OS, storage, and deployed applications, as well as select their preferred network components, such as firewalls and load balancers. In contrast, SaaS gives no control over the underlying infrastructure and PaaS provides control over the deployed applications and possibly some configurations, but not the level of control over the hardware resources that IaaS offers.
